QuickLog is a Canadian software company. We build one thing: the document portal mortgage brokers should have had years ago — secure for the client, checked by AI, decided by the broker.
Where this started
We spent the first months not writing code. We sat with mortgage brokers in Quebec and watched a single file get assembled: dozens of emails, photos of documents taken against a kitchen table, a T4 from the wrong year, an ID that had expired two months earlier. Nobody had done anything wrong — the tooling simply did not exist.
QuickLog started as the answer to one question: what if the client had a place to upload, the documents were checked before the broker opened them, and the broker only had to decide?

The AI classifies and flags. It never approves. Every decision on a document is a human one, and it is logged.
The client finishes
If the portal is not obvious on a phone, in the client’s language, it does not ship. Completion is the metric.
